Swissroc Asset Management, an investment and asset management firm focused on Swiss real estate, today announces a capital increase with a leading private equity firm with a global footprint and a proven track record across its investment strategies.
This transaction, which takes the form of a capital increase, significantly strengthens Swissroc Asset Management’s financial capacity and enables it to accelerate its development plans.
ACE & Company and Swissroc Asset Management share a common vision to support growth and continue diversification in the number and types of real estate investments.
