Our team oversees the marketing and sales process of the property, leveraging our network of preferred partners. We bring our expertise and networks to the table and coordinate all stages of the sales process with stakeholders such as brokers, property management agencies, lawyers, and others.

Ted Schneider

Director, Swissroc Development

Our mission is to build more than just a place, but a strong trust and a continuous presence at every stage of a real estate project. This is the strength of our Group. It is within this trust that the most inspiring projects are born. It is through this constant proximity that a prosperous real estate future is forged.

Ted Schneider, a graduate of the European Business School in London with a specialization in marketing, has built his career in the luxury industry, first working for Chanel and then for Breitling, between Paris and New York. He later moved to Toronto, Canada, with the mission of structuring the subsidiary of the Swiss watch brand and strengthening its distribution. Starting from virtually zero, he successfully opened around thirty retail stores within two years and built a team of 25 employees. Today, as the Head of Business Development at Swissroc Real Estate, Ted leverages his extensive network for the benefit of the company. He is also an entrepreneur and manages several successful projects alongside his professional activities.
