Swissroc took part in the 14th edition of IMMO26 in Zurich, showcasing our expertise across three divisions: asset management, construction, and development. IMMO26 has become the leading Swiss property fair for investors.
IMMO26 has solidified its position as the leading Swiss property fair for investors by bringing together over 200 exhibitors and hosting more than 30 panel discussions. The 14th edition in Zurich on January 14-15 also set new attendance records.
After years of visiting, Swissroc exhibited for the first time this year. “We’d like to thank the organizers for providing an exceptional forum and valuable networking opportunities,” said Grégory Brichetti, Director and Head of Business Development at Swissroc Asset Management. “IMMO26 has become the key Swiss real estate event, with strong participation from both French and German-speaking areas.”
Swissroc brought a 10-person team to represent three divisions: Swissroc Asset Management (SRAM) for investment solutions and real estate asset management, Swissroc Construction (SRC) for project delivery as a general and total contractor, and Swissroc Développement (SRD) for development, from land prospecting to operation and commercialization.
Market Optimism Confirmed
IMMO26’s unique format encourages direct engagement among industry leaders. Conversations move easily from booth to booth. These brief exchanges lead to valuable insights, new contacts, and confirmations.
“Market strength in Swiss real estate is evident through the ongoing interest in property assets and the introduction of new investment vehicles,” stated Alexandre Monney, Managing Director at Swissroc Asset Management.
At IMMO26, SRAM focused on engaging with investors, brokers, and partners. “Our discussions revolved around market outlook and strategic positioning within the industry,” explained Grégory Brichetti. These interactions with asset managers and institutional investors help shape SRAM’s geographic and asset class diversification strategy.
For SRC and SRD, IMMO26 offers direct access to the sector ecosystem, bringing together investors, consultants, and construction professionals all in one place.
PropTech and Digitalization: Transforming Industry Practice
Innovation took center stage at this year’s edition, with a significant PropTech presence. Two dozen companies showcased property valuation and analysis solutions, illustrating the growing importance of digitalization in asset management and transaction management.
Over 30 panel discussions with 140 speakers explored key market trends: industrial real estate yields, value creation in commercial properties, sustainability in construction and investment assets, AI in building operations, and end-to-end workflows.
A Strategic Commitment for Swissroc
IMMO26 has established itself as a key annual event for Swissroc. “Over two intensive days, we had the opportunity to connect and engage meaningfully with our partners and clients,” summarized Edouard Souchko, Sales Director at Swissroc Construction.
