OUR SUSTAINABILITY VISION AND MISSION
Our Group is convinced that the future of real estate depends on a strong commitment to sustainable development. The building sector accounts for nearly 40% of energy consumption and over a third of greenhouse gas emissions.
Our long-term vision is to establish ourselves as a leading Swiss real estate group that champions the transition to a low-carbon, inclusive, and sustainable future. We aim to embed sustainability in all our activities, creating shared value for our employees, clients, and society.
Our Sustainability Charter
Our Sustainability Charter outlines our vision, mission, and strategy for integrating sustainability across all Group activities.
EcoEntreprise Certification
We are certified EcoEntreprise for Sustainable Development & Corporate Social Responsibility. EcoEntreprise is Switzerland’s top certification that follows the ISO 26000 standard. This certification confirms our commitment to integrating these principles into our strategy, governance, and operations. An independent annual assessment measures our progress.

OUR SUSTAINABILITY GOALS
The Sustainability Action Plan for 2025–2030 lays out our roadmap. It focuses on eight key objectives that are relevant across the entire value chain.
We aim to reduce our carbon footprint to support the goal of carbon neutrality by 2050, as outlined in the Swiss Climate and Innovation Act and the Paris Climate Accords.
We commit to strengthening our local presence and social impact through employment, training, and participation to regional life.
We adopt circular economy principles by reducing waste, reusing materials, and improving resource utilization.
We strive to preserve and restore biodiversity by incorporating nature into our projects and safeguarding ecosystems.
We ensure strong governance grounded in transparency, integrity, and sustainability.
We make innovation as a lever for sustainable transformation by creating solutions that have a positive environmental and social impact.
We use top sustainability frameworks from Switzerland, like SNBS and Minergie. We also follow international standards, such as LEED and BREEAM. This way, our projects meet all requirements.
We promote health, safety, and overall well-being for everyone in the workplace.
