With the O’Belmont project, Ateliers Jean Nouvel is transforming a forgotten site into an urban gem in the heart of Eaux-Vives.
The Geneva district will soon welcome a new landmark project with the official launch of O’Belmont by Jean Nouvel. This ambitious initiative, developed since 2016 by Spice Group and recently joined by Unica Capital and the Swissroc Group, reinvents the former site of a telecommunications center to offer a prestigious and innovative living space.
The project comprises a total of 3,958 m² of gross floor area, offering 23 high-end apartments, each featuring exquisitely chosen finishes. Thanks to a subtle and intelligent stacking system, the apartments will benefit from pleasant outdoor spaces, guaranteeing complete privacy.
Comprising eight residential levels, the building will also house common areas worthy of a 5-star hotel. A dedicated concierge service will provide future owners with exceptional service, whether in the Wellness & Spa area or the private Fitness area.
Construction begins: first quarter of 2025.
