With over 15 years of experience in managing investment vehicles and real estate funds, Alexandre has been involved in the real estate industry for more than a decade. He joined the Swissroc team in June 2021 as an Associate Director of Swissroc Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for the development of the entity and oversees investment management, particularly for Swissroc Industrial Opportunities (CH) SA.
Gregory Brichetti, CAIA
Director, Head of Business Development
By combining our field expertise and real estate assets (bottom-up approach) with a dedicated understanding of our clients’ investment profiles (top-down approach), we offer unique support in the Swiss real estate market.
Gregory holds the position of Head of Business Development at Swissroc Asset Management. In partnership with Alexandre, he is responsible for the management and development of the business, with a focus on relationships with private and institutional investors, as well as the structuring of new investment solutions. With over 14 years of experience in the banking sector, Gregory previously worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Bank and J.P. Morgan Private Bank as Head of Product and Investment Solutions.
