A CLUB THAT BREAKS THE RULES
The Swissroc Club is an investment platform open to Swiss residents, offering privileged access to real estate opportunities selected by Swissroc. With an attractive minimum investment starting at CHF 5,000, members can invest in carefully chosen real estate projects, with target returns between 5% and 15% per year.
Unlike traditional approaches, Swissroc invests in each project and oversees and manages it through its subsidiaries, thus ensuring complete alignment of interests between the project developer and its investors.
