Swissroc and Stan Wawrinka Announce a Long-Term Partnership

Swissroc becomes a partner of Stan Wawrinka for the final stage of his ATP Tour career. The Swiss champion will wear the group’s colors until the end of the 2026 season, before continuing this collaboration as a brand ambassador.

On the occasion of the Gonet Geneva Open, whose 11th edition takes place in Geneva from May 16 to 23, Swissroc is officially announcing its partnership with Stan Wawrinka. A two-time winner of the tournament in 2016 and 2017, the Swiss player will return to the Parc des Eaux-Vives for the first time since 2019.

He will then compete at Roland-Garros in what is expected to be his 21st and final appearance at the Paris tournament, where a tribute will be paid to him following the conclusion of his campaign.

A Partnership Built on Shared Values

“Stan embodies values that resonate deeply with us: hard work, high standards, resilience, and the ability to perform at the highest level over time. We have followed his entire career with admiration and are delighted to support him during this final season and in the years that will follow,” says Cyril de Bavier, CEO of Swissroc.

“This partnership came together naturally. I have known Swissroc’s founders for some time, and we share common values around commitment, excellence, and strong roots in French-speaking Switzerland. Associating my name with Swissroc is something that makes sense to me,” emphasizes Stan Wawrinka.

Starting in 2027, Stan Wawrinka will continue his collaboration with Swissroc as a group ambassador, particularly through the Swissroc Club and events organized across French-speaking Switzerland.

Stan Wawrinka: One Olympic Gold Medal and Three Grand Slam Titles

Stan Wawrinka has won 16 ATP titles, including three Grand Slam tournaments — the Australian Open in 2014, Roland-Garros in 2015, and the US Open in 2016. He also won the Olympic gold medal in doubles at the 2008 Beijing Games alongside Roger Federer, as well as the 2014 Davis Cup with Switzerland.

One of the few players of his generation to succeed during an era dominated by Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic, he defeated a world No. 1 player in each of his three Grand Slam finals.
