Cyril graduated from HEC Lausanne & the London School of Economics, and has built up solid experience in the fields of finance and real estate. Cyril de Bavier is specialized in the brokerage of real estate with high yield performance. He developed multiple relationships with UHNWI & Family Office, and has the benefit of a large institutional network (banks, pension funds, investment funds…), thus affording him a unique position in the marketplace. For over 10 years, Thang has developed his career in the field of Finance and Real estate within reputable financial institutions. Over the last years, he has developed expertise in implementing and managing Real estate development projects. He holds a HEC Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Geneva. Thang acts as Finance and Development Director at SwissRoc.

Director General Contracting
With more than a hundred projects to his credit, Xavier Canonica specializes in the management of building sites – for property construction, development or renovation. He works with a team of qualified site managers. Xavier holds a university degree in management and acts as General Contracting Director at Swissroc.
In everyday life… Broad shoulders to carry the responsibility of the building sites, where he keeps a firm hold without dropping his natural politeness, his integrity or his smile.
François Favre has ensured for over 10 years the assessment and monitoring of projects involving both property renovation and new constructions. After years working for the main General contractors in Geneva, he has solid experience in team management, site planning, technical coordination, financial management and project budgeting. François graduated from the ESTP Paris as a civil engineer. He acts as principal project manager and construction economist.

BIM Technician Architect
Architect - Project Lead
With a degree from the Engineering School of Geneva, Nawel Karimine gained solid experience as an architect, working in offices such as Plojoux-Voellinger and 3BM3.
She serves as an MPQ architect working on construction and development projects within Swissroc. From authorisation plans to building plans, she takes charge or projects from start to finish. She also handles the internal team of architects and planners.

Passionate about her job, Nawel cares deeply about creating a sense of trust and satisfaction with those that surround her. Rigorous, curious and creative, she is detail oriented and strives for the best possible results, in all that she undertakes.
After studying Architectural Technology and Construction Management in Denmark, Julien FERSING has acquired sound professional experience in Europe and now focuses on the Swiss market. He specializes in the process of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its implementation among the players involved in the field of general contracting. Thanks to his understanding of BIM, he is bringing about positive change in project methodology site planning. He acts as BIM Manager at Swissroc.
In everyday life… Julien’s job is innovative. He has made it his mission to spread the use of BIM. Give him 5 minutes and he’ll convert you. Give him a project and he’ll have everyone trained on BIM and working more efficiently.

At the head of his own General Contracting Business for four years, Xhevdet Ismaili developed core skills related to project management.
