Cyril graduated from HEC Lausanne & the London School of Economics, and has built up solid experience in the fields of finance and real estate. Cyril de Bavier is specialized in the brokerage of real estate with high yield performance. He developed multiple relationships with UHNWI & Family Office, and has the benefit of a large institutional network (banks, pension funds, investment funds…), thus affording him a unique position in the marketplace. He is also responsible for assisting and advising clients on a variety of real estate development projects. Cyril de Bavier acts as Director for Investment and Property Brokerage at SwissRoc.

For over 10 years, Thang has developed his career in the field of Finance and Real estate within reputable financial institutions. Over the last years, he has developed expertise in implementing and managing Real estate development projects. He holds a HEC Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Geneva. Thang acts as Finance and Development Director at SwissRoc.

Director General Contracting

With more than a hundred projects to his credit, Xavier Canonica specializes in the management of building sites – for property construction, development or renovation. He works with a team of qualified site managers. Xavier holds a university degree in management and acts as General Contracting Director at Swissroc.

In everyday life…
Broad shoulders to carry the responsibility of the building sites, where he keeps a firm hold without dropping his natural politeness, his integrity or his smile.

Director Business Development

A marketing graduate from the London European Business School, Ted Schneider used to lead his career in luxury goods, first for Chanel then for Breitling, between Paris and New York. Then he flew to Toronto, Canada, with the task of structuring the Swiss horology brand’s subsidiary and strengthening its distribution. Starting from almost nothing, in 2 years he opened thirty points of sale and assembled a team of 25 employees. Today, Business Development Manager at Swissroc Real Estate, Ted shares his large network with the company. He is also an entrepreneur and alongside his work has carried out several successful projects.

And every day?

His taste for challenge is an insatiable curiosity. Ted likes to go the extra mile with his teams to win increasingly ambitious mandates.

Deputy Construction Director

François Favre has ensured for over 10 years the assessment and monitoring of projects involving both property renovation and new constructions. After years working for the main General contractors in Geneva, he has solid experience in team management, site planning, technical coordination, financial management and project budgeting. François graduated from the ESTP Paris as a civil engineer. He acts as principal project manager and construction economist.

In everyday life…
An uncanny ability to remain unfazed and focused. In an open space office where there is constant noise and movement, François absorbs and structures information. The king of detail.

Business Development Manager

Edouard Souchko, a former head hunter for a global recruitment leader, joined the SwissRoc Real Estate teams as a sales manager. A property consultant in New York, then recruiter for Hays, he joined Michael Page in Geneva in 2011. For 7 years, he developed their ‘Property and Construction’ division which had not existed until then, and recruited a hundred specialists in French-speaking Switzerland.

And every day?   
With an overview of the changing market, Edouard supports Swissroc Construction, the Swissroc Real Estate general contractor, in developing its business.

With more than ten years’ experience in property development, this HEC Lausanne graduate joined the Swissroc adventure after having provided his services to the Swiss giant Steiner SA and the general contractor Bernasconi, based in Neuchâtel. Also an entrepreneur, he headed up his own company SDSI – Serge Dudan Services Immobiliers, from 2002 to 2010.

A real enthusiast, Serge is inexhaustible when it comes to property.

Nawel Karimine

Architect - Project Lead

With a degree from the Engineering School of Geneva, Nawel Karimine gained solid experience as an architect, working in offices such as Plojoux-Voellinger and 3BM3.

She serves as an MPQ architect working on construction and development projects within Swissroc. From authorisation plans to building plans, she takes charge or projects from start to finish. She also handles the internal team of architects and planners.

In everyday life…

Passionate about her job, Nawel cares deeply about creating a sense of trust and satisfaction with those that surround her. Rigorous, curious and creative, she is detail oriented and strives for the best possible results, in all that she undertakes.

Head of Architecture - BIM Manager

Antonio CORDERO CASTRO is the new director of Swissroc Building Intelligence’s Architecture deparment. Graduated in BIM Management from the Zigurat Global Institute of Technology in Barcelona, he had several work experiences which permits him to perform at this position.  Antonio worked in Switzerland and Japan; as a an Architect, a Project Manager and a BIM Coordinator. He conducted projects in their whole and followed them up at every stages of the process, while respecting the swiss and japanese regulations.

Daily ?

Fond of history and architecture, beside managing the preparation of a project executions, Antonio leads the BIM Technicians in Swissroc Building Intelligence.

After studying Architectural Technology and Construction Management in Denmark, Julien FERSING has acquired sound professional experience in Europe and now focuses on the Swiss market. He specializes in the process of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its implementation among the players involved in the field of general contracting. Thanks to his understanding of BIM, he is bringing about positive change in project methodology site planning. He acts as BIM Manager at Swissroc.

In everyday life…
Julien’s job is innovative. He has made it his mission to spread the use of BIM. Give him 5 minutes and he’ll convert you. Give him a project and he’ll have everyone trained on BIM and working more efficiently.

Jonathan MASSON

With a BTS (brevet de technicien supérieur) qualification in “Industry Trades”, Jonathan Masson worked as a carpenter in France for more than 7 years before moving to Switzerland. First ‘Sector Manager’, in the AG Construction group then ‘Framework Technician’ in the Macullo company which specialises in roofing, he has solid experience in building highly technical structures. At the beginning of 2018, Jonathan joined the Swissroc Travaux subsidiary as director. His mission is to position Swissroc Travaux as the benchmark in framework renovation and construction in Geneva.

And every day?
Highly versatile, he is passionate about raw materials, in particular wood, his speciality, and takes on many tasks: from costing to order management, overseeing teams of workers and monitoring construction projects.

Stéphanie Belmain, designer and architect, provides support to Nawel. With fifteen years of experience, Stéphanie has solid training. She has worked for many architectural workshops in Geneva, including Brodbeck-Roulet and Honegger Muller Architectes in Carouge, BestFuture SA in Eaux-Vives, Tschanz & Associées SA in Acacias and more recently Alain Dreier – Technique du bâtiment SA in Confignon.

And every day?   
Stéphanie is a practical person with keen attention to detail, but her main asset is that she is familiar with the latest architectural trends in French-speaking Switzerland. Geneva no longer holds any secrets for her.

At the head of his own General Contracting Business for four years, Xhevdet Ismaili developed core skills related to project management. Down to earth, his greatest pleasure comes from seeing plans be brought to life. He isn’t afraid of challenges and leaves no room for doubt in his daily routine. He looks after technical, financial and commercial renovation projects. He also is involved in the optimisation and administrative management of construction projects.

Graduated from the ESTP Paris and from the prestigious Cranfield’s University , in England, where he passed the MSc Advanced Lightweight Structures and Impact, Jean-Charles Hugon could pride himself on his successful track. With ten years of experience in Eiffage Construction, Jean-Charles has watched the construction of social residences, a commercial center, offices’ buildings and a school system.

Graduating from the Grenoble Ecole d’Architecture in 2005, Jérôme Vici took his first steps onto building sites in Mexico. Designer for a while, then project manager, he soon joined the prestigious Mexican firm David Fuentes Arquitectos before moving to the company Degestec. For nearly 13 years, he tackled project management for large-scale projects: airports, libraries, universities and no less than seven casinos, from Puerto Vallarta to Ciudad Juarez.

And every day? 
He loves raw materials and makes clients his priority: ‘in the heart of a home, there is a Human and roots taken from stories’.

After ESTP and a degree in Engineering Science, Adrien Ficheux, Project Manager at Swissroc, joined the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers de Paris (CNAM). At the same time, he signed a part-time work and study contract with BAGOT. In 5 years, Adrien managed, among others, the construction of 70 community housing projects and supervised office renovations.

Always at the heart of the action, Adrien never leaves anything to chance.

A Civil Engineering graduate, Jonathan Baude has 10 years’ experience as a building site manager on international projects for large organisations such as Vinci and Fletcher Construction. He works as a Project Manager in the Swissroc Construction arm. He oversees construction and renovation programmes, coordinating, organising and managing the teams that work on the project. He guarantees the project’s technical feasibility and ensures that the specifications are followed in terms of deadlines, budget and quality.

And every day? 
He likes the idea that his job enables him to implement an abstract project, making it concrete, solid and lasting. Sensitive to new technologies, he is also a fervent believer in BIM methodology.

Loïc Masson joined Swissroc Construction as a foreman. After obtaining his Master’s degree in civil engineering, he joined the company INDUNI & cie. He remained there for nearly 7 years.  Loïc oversees the technical and financial aspects of building projects and manages teams and equipment.

And every day?   
With nearly ten years’ experience in the sector, Loïc is able to work in many fields: earthwork and specialist works, tunnel works, road construction, civil engineering structures and concrete carbonation…

With a DUT (diplôme universitaire de technologie) in Building and Public Works, Romain Bisi fears neither the challenge nor the difficulty. Used to risky projects, his experience in a nuclear power plant proved to him that rigour and precision were his best allies. Unremitting on deadlines, Romain monitors your building project from A to Z: he manages construction operations, ensures the proper analysis of technical information and engages only the best subcontractors.

And every day?
Romain will build you a tailor-made house. He is a very meticulous source of proposals for whom the client comes first.

MARC-ANTOINE ROBBE

Marc-Antoine Robbe, foreman, earnt his diploma in Civil Engineering, public works major, from CESI in 2015. He then gained a variety of experience in SolaTrag teams in Agde, France, in particular. He cut his teeth there for two years, first as an assistant, then as site manager, responsible for drinking water networks, among other projects. After some time in London for Bouygues UK, he flew to Switzerland and joined the offices of Steiner AG, in Lausanne.   

And every day?   
A fighter, this rugby enthusiast never gives up… he’s a real asset for the Swissroc Construction team!

Camille Faurre joined the Swissroc Construction family in 2018 and worked alongside Jonathan Baude. After studying at an international school in Denmark, Camille worked as a foreman on historic monuments, an opportunity for her to gain technical and organisational maturity.

After having obtained a BTS (brevet de technicien supérieur) qualification in negotiation, Morgan Mosiek completed her training and gained a professional degree in SME logistics and organisation. An administrative assistant in the retail sector for three years, she joined Swissroc as Office Manager and HR Assistant in 2017. Morgan is creative, and with more than one trick up her sleeve, she has soon become essential to her colleagues.

And every day?
Morgan ensures the recruitment process at Swissroc runs smoothly and makes sure the employees are comfortable, supporting them in their everyday work. She’s a real ray of sunshine.

BIM Technician

An independent architect for nearly a year within his own organisation, DBN Projekt, this graduate from the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) started out designing prefabricated private homes. Before becoming self-employed, Dominik Budecki-Nehring provided the finishing touch for the Warsaw underground, coordinating the sub-trade teams. Also Fit-out Manager for HB REAVIS, he managed office refurbishment projects from 100 up to 1,500 m2.

And every day? 
In 2018, Dominik, who has the equivalent of MPQ status in Poland, decided to join Swissroc Building Intelligence, with a strong belief in BIM methodology. Ingenious and a good teacher, Dominik likes to pass on his knowledge and little tips to his younger colleagues. Success lies in sharing.

Graduating in 2013 from the Krakow Institute of Technology, Magdalena – “Magda’ – Grzywna joined the company Kontrapunkt V-project at the end of her studies. In 2015, she took a chance in moving to the capital, Warsaw, seeking more ambitious projects. She soon joined the architectural firm Archimed and for nearly two years, Magda worked hard on designing hospitals and medical clinics. With several years’ experience in public building design under her belt, she joined the Swissroc Real Estate teams as a BIM Technician.

And every day? 
Magda is enthusiastic and the queen of organisation. At your service, she will model all your projects in the smallest detail, always keeping a good mood.

For more than 7 years, Izabela Strubińska, an engineer and architect by training, worked for the company WMA Architekci and completed many large-scale projects using BIM technology: residential buildings with commercial space, offices, underground garages, supermarkets, etc. In 2015, she achieved the equivalent of Swiss MPQ status in Poland, and at the same time obtained a post-master’s degree in Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. Izabela joined the offices of Swissroc Building Intelligence in Warsaw in January 2018.

And every day? 
A good listener, Izabella is real BIM buff. Poised and reflective, she is buzzing with ideas and knows how to identify each project’s potential in no time at all. 

MAGDALENA ANTCZAK

Originally from Łódź, to the south-west of Warsaw, Magdalena Antczak took her Master’s in architecture and environmental engineering there. After graduating from the Institute of Technology, and after an initial rewarding experience at the architecture workshop Bien Architekci, Magda specialised in the design of residential buildings in the company WMA Architekci.

And every day? 
Rigorous and hard-working, Magda likes to enter architectural competitions. Her work was exhibited at the Łódź design festival and, in 2011, she won the jury’s prize at the Gdansk international architectural design festival.

From the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Aleksandra Tyszka Madej, known as Ola, specialised in parametric design and took on the role of BIM Manager in the company SWECO Engineering. For nearly two years, this veteran of international projects has provided the design and technical modelling for underground stations in Stockholm, Sweden, ensured that industrial projects run smoothly and took part in the creation of a residential neighbourhood in Frankfurt, as part of the Grand Central Hafenstrasse project. In January 2018, Aleksandra came to join the Swissroc Building Intelligence teams.

And every day? 
Aleksandra likes to sharpen her critical mind and never misses an opportunity to comment on the news and latest architectural trends.

After having attended the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Michal Maslowski, an engineer by training, supervised the technical installations for the new Warsaw underground line. Today at Swissroc, he coordinates the BIM teams.

Extremely rigorous and Cartesian in spirit, Michal lives for BIM: “BIM is not the future of construction, it’s the future itself”.
