The history of Swissroc
Ten years ago, the Swissroc Group laid the first bricks of its foundation in the construction industry.
Over the years, we have traversed the entire real estate value chain, recognizing the essential need to improve the way we build and create lasting value for the professions within the construction and real estate world, as well as to enhance the city and the lives of its inhabitants.
Today, the Group boasts over 250 successful projects, 40 developments under its name, and over CHF 100 million in assets under management.
